Mail is free. The only thing a plan changes is how much assisted work runs on our AI keys instead of yours.
Mail is free
Download it, connect any IMAP account, and use it. There is no trial, no seat count, and nothing expires. Your mail lives on your own machine, so there is nothing for us to charge you rent on.
Assisted email, and who pays for it
Drafting and summarising cost money to run. You can point Mail at your own provider key and pay nobody, or use the allowance your workspace carries:

For when there are other people. Per person, per month.

These are the figures the software enforces, read from the same rows it checks — not a price list maintained separately from it.
What we do not sell
There is no way to pay us for Mail today: no checkout, no card on file, no paid tier. A workspace plan is something you would hold for the rest of the platform, and the allowance above comes with it.
Bringing your own key is supported and always will be. An account with no managed allowance is not a restricted account — it is one using its own key, and nothing about your mail changes.
