How do I connect an email account?

In Mail, go to Settings → Accounts → Add Account, and enter your email address and IMAP/SMTP details. Mail works with any provider that supports standard IMAP/SMTP — your credentials are stored locally on your device.

What's the difference between the Free, Pro, and Unlimited plans?

Free includes a limited number of AI-assisted interactions per day at no cost. Pro includes managed AI access with no daily cap you'll realistically hit. Unlimited lets you connect your own AI provider API key instead of paying Mail for AI access. See the full comparison on the Pricing page.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Visit Pricing from the app's settings, or directly in your browser, to open your billing portal and update or cancel your plan at any time.

Is my email data sent to Mail's servers?

No — your email content and credentials stay on your device. AI features send only the relevant text to a managed AI provider (Free/Pro) or to your own configured provider (Unlimited) to generate a response. See our Privacy for details.

Something isn't working — how do I report it?

Use "Report Issue" from the app's Help menu, or email us directly at support@issary.com with a description of what happened.
